How does per-worker pricing work?

You’re billed for the support workers you actively roster each month. Office and admin coordinator seats are included — you only pay for the people delivering shifts.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Starter and Growth have no setup fees. For Enterprise, onboarding and data migration are scoped as part of your tailored plan.

Am I locked into a contract?

No lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are available if you’d prefer a discount.

Can I move my existing data across?

Yes. You can import clients and workers from a spreadsheet, and our team can help with larger migrations on the Growth and Enterprise plans.

Do you support plan-managed and self-managed clients?

Yes. CareHub handles agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed billing so you can invoice the right party automatically.
